A two-hour site visit is conducted in a location of your choice in Sydney. Here you may sit and talk with your personal wedding planner and discuss everything from your colour scheme, theming, flowers and event hire. If you’re not that far yet, don’t worry! You’ll have full access to your planner’s expertise and they will guide you through any questions you may have making suitable suggestions along the way. Your planner will now act as your PA, communicating with your Executive Chef and all other wedding suppliers.
A two-hour introductory meeting. We recommend doing this onsite at your wedding venue
Unlimited phone/skype calls, emails and a further site visit prior to your wedding at a location of your choice
Assistance with supplier selection, access to our preferred supplier list, supplier recommendation and selection
Sample budget and budgetary control throughout planning. Management of payments to suppliers
Creative direction, design and décor recommendations, complete with example imagery for your reviewal and approval
Assistance with floor plans and seating arrangements
Ongoing venue and supplier communication and coordination
Detailed meeting and brief with Executive Chef and Event Manager prior to the event
Creation of your event run sheet and coordination of the ceremony and wedding reception
