Bluesalt General FAQs
We offer experienced staff to suit all occasions, including chefs, waiters, bar staff and event managers. Competitive rates vary depending on the day and the function. Generally, we will apply 1 chef and 1 wait staff per 20 guests.
We can organise, all crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen. Delivery and pickup charges apply. It is your responsibility to ensure the selected catering venue is happy to store the items, should the event finish at time when the hire company is closed and to organise a pick up time with both the venue and the hire company.
Yes, we do. Our wait staff and event managers can set your tables with crockery, cutlery and linen. We’re also happy to add anything further you’d like on the table, such as flowers or name cards. You will need to deliver these to the location in order for us to do so.
Arrival times vary depending on the numbers of guests and style of menu. We like to be onsite in plenty of time to be organised and to ensure your event is given the attention to detail it deserves.
We’re happy to stay for as long or as shorter time as you wish. We will always ensure the premise is left clean and tidy and will never leave before our event manager on site has checked this.
We’re happy to look after basic event decoration. An hourly fee applies. Fees vary depending on the number of staff needed to organise efficiently. If you require more complex decoration, we can recommend a style company that will assist you in achieving your vision.
We will break down anything set up by us. Anything outside of what we have set up is the responsibility of the company/individual.
We require a watertight marquee with access to clean water and power points.
We are happy to travel up to 100 kilometers from Sydney CBD to accommodate your needs. Fees apply.
Absolutely, we’re happy to tailor a suitable kids menu for you upon request. Kids under 12yrs eat ½ price. Kids under 3yrs eat free.
We don’t make cakes but can recommend experienced bakers and pastry professionals. We do not look after the pick up and delivery of cakes.
