2017 has been the year of the grazing table. To date, we have worked on as many as 200 grazing events since Jan 2017! But why the sudden craze with these social little gatherings? Well…there are many reasons why we’ve seen a spike in grazing table catering across Sydney. They work so well for so many different styles of events.
If you’re soon to be married then consider having a stunning grazing table set up for after the ceremony to greet your guests to the reception. A popular mix is to combine a grazing station for round half your numbers served alongside some gourmet canapes, what better way to kick off your big day!?
Grazing stations are also perfect for many corporate style events. We’ve worked on many a launch event, activation and large scale grazing stations including 2000 guests at Googles Christmas party where we served over 500 kilos of cheese!
