It’s a shame we’ve at the wrong end of summer but with the Sydney winter approaching, we have some fantastic winter produce to look forward to! Our share plate, formal dining and buffet menus and packages have all recently changed to ensure quality and value across all our catering offerings.
So what can you expect? Well, as always, we make our menus by hand with love and attention to detail, using fresh, local produce.
- Our new formal dining signature dish is our”Lamb tenderloin, goats cheese croquette, fondant potato, black olive tapenade, tomato dressing”. Simply stunning to look at and of course absolutely delicious!
- Our new share plates dishes include “Duck confit, beetroot & onion jam, toasted brioche”, “Crispy zucchini flower stuffed with curried pumpkin, roasted coconut & couscous salad with lime & coriander yoghurt” and our signature share plate dessert is ‘Chocolate brownie, pistachios, burnt marshmallow, strawberry salsa”
- Our new buffet menu includes ‘Slow cooked sticky pork belly, smokey BBQ glaze, mint, mango & radish salsa’, “Chicken satay, roasted coconut, harissa & lime dressing” and “Autumn inspired slow cooked lamb shoulder, fresh chimichurri’.
