With summer approaching we’re now looking to add more catering professionals to our full time team. Below are some openings that may interest you or someone you know.

Casual Wait/Bar staff (20 spaces)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality hospitality environment
  • Well presented and good standard of English
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Own transport preferred

Casual Chefs (Sous & CDP’s only) (10 spaces)

  • Minimum of 5 years catering experience in Sous or CDP positions.
  • Passionate, driven, flexible and hardworking
  • Superb organizational and efficiency skills
  • Able to manage a team of up to 10 chefs
  • Well presented and good standard of English
  • Must have a license and be able to drive a 1 tonne van.
