Tim’s life in hospitality began as a chef in 1996. He has enjoyed a successful career spanning 18 years with senior roles in multi award winning restaurants and hotels internationally, including Senior Sous Chef roles in Rosetted and Michelin Star kitchens. He has also worked as a consultant chef and privately as a personal chef to well known entrepreneurs.
After emigrating to Australia he founded Bluesalt Catering and now works within the creative direction and operations of the business. He manages his team with passionate and enthusiasm on a daily basis.
When he’s not working you’ll find him studying and researching the latest wedding trends, watching live music, eating out, and watching history or space doco’s! (geek).
