Food stations promote an enhanced dining experience and social atmosphere for your guests to enjoy. We will help you design and select the right amount of food stations or carts that may best suit your venue space and event style. The BIG pan
Served on a table styled accordingly with bamboo bowls & forks manned by a chef to serve your guests
Classic Paella served with aioli, green leaf salad & rustic bread rolls
Thai style tofu stir fry, Asian vegetables, peanuts, beansprouts, coriander & lime
Traditional butter chicken curry, flatbread, mango chutney & raita
Three cheese polenta, angus beef ragu, shaved parmesan & fresh rosemary
Three cheese polenta, woodland mushrooms, butter white truffle & pecorino

Oyster Bar 
Selection of Sydney rocks & pacific
Served over ice with mignonette dressing, cocktail sauce, lemon & lime, tabasco sauce

Sashimi Bar 
Hiramasa kingfish, Goulburn river trout, Albacore tuna
Pickled ginger, wasabi, soy dressing, seaweed salad

Mixed sashimi & oyster bars available
Poke Bar 
DIY poke bar, bamboo bowls & forks ready for your guests to make their own bowls
Marinated Albacore tuna, pulled chicken, pulled pork
Selection of dressings and vegetables with all the appropriate garnish for the day

Potato, taleggio, rosemary & caramelised onion
