We will help you design and select the right amount of food stations or carts that may best suit your venue space and event style. 2017 Food Station Catering Menu

 Wok Station
Set up and styled over tables draped with white linen. 2 woks burning throughout service. Wok dishes are served in bamboo boats with chopsticks and menu signage.

Brioche Slider Bar
Set up and styled over split levels draped with white linen and menu signage. Brioche sliders come with bamboo skewers.

Fajita-spiced battered ling fillets, mixed cabbage slaw & hot sauce mayo, topped with fresh coriander
Prime beef slider with aged cheddar cheese, mustard, iceberg & gherkin
Pumpkin & sage arancini with a bush tomato chutney (V)

Peking Duck Pancake Station
 Set up and styled over tables draped with white linen, pancakes are served on banana leaf with menu signage.

Traditional favourites from Beijing with shredded duck, cucumber, shallot & sweet bean sauce

Fish Taco Station 
Set up and styled over tables draped with white linen, served on wooden boards with menu signage/

*Add seasonal florals to add a splash of colour to each food station, $150 + GST per station.
