Still a firm favourite for many Sydney events, our buffet catering offers variety, quality and value. We offer three highly recommended buffet catering packages with each one providing a larger or smaller amount of food, so you can choose which package will best suit your event. You’ll find these at the bottom of the page along with package inclusions. To keep things nice and simple, every buffet package comes with everything you’ll need from a buffet catering perspective.

Braised shoulder of Lachlan valley lamb, chickpeas & house yoghurt (gf)
Baked fillets of king trout, dill & caper dressing shaved fennel salad (gf)
Baked fillets of sustainable hake, wilted greens, saffron butter sauce (gf)

Slow cooked angus beef brisket, rosemary red wine & garlic, Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
