Buffets

Still a firm favourite for many Sydney events, our buffet catering offers variety, quality and value. We offer three highly recommended buffet catering packages with each one providing a larger or smaller amount of food, so you can choose which package will best suit your event. You’ll find these at the bottom of the page along with package inclusions. To keep things nice and simple, every buffet package comes with everything you’ll need from a buffet catering perspective. Once you’ve selected the right package for you, we can then simply add service staff and you’re ready to host a buffet event to remember!

2017 – Gourmet Buffet Menu

Hot Dishes

 Beef
Topside of beef, Yorkshire pudding & horseradish sauce – $1.5 supplement pp
 Chargrilled beef fillet medallions, slow roast garlic & pumpkin puree, crispy fried leeks, balsamic jus (GF)

16 hour braised beef shin, French beans, hazelnut & truffle crumble (GF)

Pork
Slow cooked sticky pork belly, smokey BBQ glaze, mint, mango & radish salsa 

Crispy skin pork belly, caramelised granny smith apple puree
Chargrilled pork chop medallions, lemon, thyme, olives & capers 


 Chicken
Tandoori chicken thigh, mint & coriander yoghurt, mango & pineapple salsa (GF)
Buttermilk southern fried chicken, smoked corn & red cabbage slaw, housemade ranch

 PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
– Full buffet set up over tables with white floor length linen
– Crockery and cutlery for inclusive items.
– 1 x white linen napkin pp & 1.8-metre table linen per guest (suits 6 guests per table)
– Onsite chef for 4 hours (up to 50 guests, chef labour charges apply for over 50 guests)
– Onsite kitchen equipment for our current menus only
– Ciabatta bread roll and butter served at the buffet or your table
